Shiping and Handling
At Mooka Modern Furniture, we’re committed to delivering great design as quickly and efficiently as possible. In order to provide you with the best shipping rates, we offer two delivery options.
LCL(for personal buyers)
LCL means less than container load.This is the usual shipping method for personal buyers.
Handling steps are as following:
1.After the furniture are on sailing,we will email you the BILL OF LOADING(B/L).B/L is a receipt proving only consignee has the right to release the goods from the port.
2.Our forwarder's agent in the destination harbour will notify you days before the furniture arrival.
3.You need to show our agent the B/L,commercial invoice and packing list for releasing the goods from the harbour.
4.If you have import agent help with clear the custom ,that would be great, but if you do not have own custom broker,our agent can do it for you.
5.A bill of custom handling fees will send to you from our agent, and after you pay the bill, you can bring the furniture home.
6.If you are too far away from the harbour to pick up the furniture, our agent can arrange the inland delivery from the port to your house.
FCL (for wholesalers)
FCL means full container load.This is the usual shipping method for wholesalers.
We welcome wholesalers to place bulk orders with us, and we will offer you more competitive price according to your order amount.
We export containers of furniture to many main seaports in UK,Germany, US, Australia and Japan every month. Our stronge relationship with our forwarder will also save much on the FCL shiping cost for you.

NOTE: In-stock orders ship from our factory in Xiamen and typically arrive anywhere in the world within 20-40 business days. Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday (excluding bank holidays) during regular business hours. We are happy to provide you with delivery quotations for orders shipping to international addresses on a price-quote basis; please email our Sales Department at sales@mookafurniture.com for details or to discuss special delivery options.
Tips to ensure a smooth delivery
Before ordering, measure the space where you will place the furniture to make sure it will fit with ease. Also consider whether it can be delivered through any entryway, stairwell, elevator or other tight space between the curb and the item's final placement. Measure these access points prior to ordering to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery.
Customer Satisfaction
At Mooka Moder Furniture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our factory. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly resolve it for you.
Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery, providing that the goods are in a fully saleable condition and still in their original packaging/not assembled. If the goods are not in fully resaleable condition when returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an uplift fee from the refund amount. Keep in mind, returns on shipped orders incur return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that you are only entitled to return goods within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Custom and special order items are not returnable.
